in a non conceited way thought Urien to himself as he sat at the bar playing his magic tricks and gaining attention. He clicked his fingers and the fire came, clicked again and t'was gone. Even the barman was impressed, "teeeach us," cooed a group of girls. Urien merely smiled with a practised slyness, "all in good time ladies..." he sipped his lethal looking mishmash of alcohols and scanned the bar for newer company. It wasn't that he was so fat headed, if he was only slightly spoilt, but the alcohol was thick on their breaths, the admiration so insincere...
Urien enjoyed attention but not the kind that promised only sex. He was new to the immortal scene having finally escaped the smothering clutches of his mother to make it on his own... and more than sex he needed good, close, protecting friends. They were hard to come by.
Urien had quickly realised how spoilt he was after leaving his home town in Denver, wrapped in cotton wool and in a little protective bubble he was ignorant of many things that those of "his kind" should know. He was naive and self-righteous in some aspects... he needed knowledge. Thirsted for it.

Silvia had been watching closely at a male human that had caught her eye whilst sat at the corner of the bar along with a couple of twin white-blonde males. She'd been in casual conversation with the twins when a small crowd of girls formed around a particular man and Silvia saw that he was showing them a small tirck. He was making fire appear and disappear at will. Although she may not have openly admitted it straight away..she was impressed...random males doing flame trickes wasn't something she saw everyday.
Silvia excused herself from the twin's who kept a constant eye on her and she made her way to the bar, clonking along softly in black knee-high Doc Martins and swishing her long silvery hair a little before walking up with an interested eye the smal crowd of high-pitched voiced girls around the drink-sipping man. Silvia surveyed the male curiously for a while before making herself known as she daringly shifted a couple of protesting girls out of the way to sit on a stool next to the man, crossing one slender leg over the other, her camo print skirt laying lightly on the top of her thighs. "Hey there..." she said in a friendly voice, her multi-toned eyes looking warmly at the figure. She put a hand on the bar and looked for the barman "Can i get you anything else?" she asked...fully aware of the drink infront of him. She smiled at him..but not enough to show her slightly elongated canines...too much of wolf changing had changed a few featurs of her...her teeth and eyes for one...not to mention her hair...silver really was an annoying colour..people thought you wer automatically old...even if your face was completely wrinkle free and young looking....¬.¬

Urien's smile changed immediately as Silvia began to speak to him. The mischevious glint in his green eyes was lost as he became genuinely open and inviting. In fact he suddenly looked younger, more innocent, a little lost.
Out of subconscious habit he mimicked Silvia's body language turning into her and crossing his ankles on the stool and resting his hand closest to the bar on the sticky surface. It was a peaceful signal, friendly...
The woman was pretty, slightly petite but held some supernatural strength. It rippled across her skin and pulsated against his own. Urien was not psychically senstitive but even his power had some uses. He couldn't recognise even remotely what Silvia was but she was no human. Anyway... she was far too stunning. Far too good at dressing.
Urien blinked and shook the shadows from his mind to prevent himself blushing, "Hi," he rested his drink on the bar gently, "I'm fine thankyou... but surely being a gentleman i should be asking what you would like to drink."

Sivlia watched as the male moved, his expression changing as he looked at her when she spoke...his whole figure shifting position to imitate a position like hers...his eyes clear and open. She smiled at him, a soft smile that replied to his friendly body language.
She chuckled lightly, a calm getting-to-know the person kind of laugh, short and friendly "Well if you're offering, then yes please...i think i couldn't stand just sitting here talking to you while you drank and me not having anything to do with my hands..." she smiled again, a flick of her head tacking a few stray strands of silver hair out of her eyes. A slight lean on her arm on the desk, her crossed leg bobbing up and down slightly as she spoke to the man.

"What would you like?" He had a soft spoken Denver drawl and yet somehow it was well to do with a slight twang of public school education. His parents' money had obviously paid.. a cotton wool wrapped existance in a boarding school for young "gentleman". Urien shifted his position to slip slender fingers into a slim pocket of his dark, tight jeans to extract naught but a credit card - oh yes the lifestyle of the rich and famous.
He wafted his Visa without the air of someone who obviously had too much money but purely out of habit. The barman was watching the plastic slither from side to side in the smoke thick air with the glistening anticipation of a lion ready for the kill... comical. Urien noted this with perceptive, bright green eyes but mentioned nothing. He slid his eyes back to Silvia almost languidly, the smoke from the passers-by's breath clung to the back of his throat, the corners filled with group of "social" smokers they dragon's breath swirling above their heads like warning signals from a boy scouts outing filled Urien's head and lungs almost suffocating him but he would endure it for this evening and find more pleasant company another day, "I'm Urien..."

Silvia watched the male keenly with her piercing multi-toned eyes. The way he moved, the way he flashed around the credit card...maybe trying to impress perhaps? Nevertheless she smiled at him friendily, and even the way he smelt. Her nose breathed in his scent...a more delicate fragerence compared to the cigerette smoke, alcohol and sweaty people around them. Much much better.
She shifted slightly in her seat, her eye brigly flicking to the twins in the corner..and just like what she would have thought...both their eyes were fixed on her...she smiled to herself and replied to the green eyed male "Just a juice of some sort i think..." she said in her own light tone of voice...noting to prominent..just a usual voice. "Silvia..." she replied back to his name and nodded ingreeting, holding out a slender hand.
