Edward sat in Guilty Pleasures scanning the staff. He had some stuff on his mind... two things mostly. Jean-Claude was one. He needed to talk to him without the mind games. Some things Nathanial had said to him had a struck a chord, he needed to discuss with Jean-Claude... scary but true...
And Arlian.. sweet, innocent little Arlian stuck in a dead-end job round here apparently. Well, Edward needed to save him. Even scarier but also true.
He sighed staring at his half empty, maybe half-full glass of something strong and alcohollic and scowled darkly. Since when did his life get so complicated? He just went in shot the place dead as doornails got his paycheck in the post and moved on. Why was this whole killing the vampire Aidrean getting to him so much? Stupid wereleopards... stupid Anita Blake shacking up with the bloody wereleopards. What a retard.

Silvia walked casually into Guilty Pleasures...the home of the vampire that made her old best friend his 'pet'. Something which had never gone down in her books too lightly...she didn't like the thought of her friend never coming back to see her, the thought of having to obey a vampire...and the whole prospect of herself knowing that someone else could technically lead her pack. A blood loving vampire...not that she had a hatred against them...just a mere tint of annoyance perhaps.
She flicked her long silver hair out of her face, her loose strands floating behind her as she stalked through the crowds in her usual knee-high heeled army doc martens, short skirt and skinny fit strappy top, a loose collar hanging round her neck and her multi-toned eyes scanning the crowds swiftly as she walked. So wasn't here for anything in particular...maybe a glimpse of a old friend maybe..but nothing major...perhaps a little annoyed talk at the vampire Jean-Claude? Okay he might try and discipline her but she might be willing to take that risk...she loved her pack and didn't want anyone else to lead them.
Finally she found a deserted table in a shadowed corner next to a table currently occupied by a single blonde male. She couldn't detect a unique scent of him...but then again there were so many mixed species about it was hard to distinguish. She sat herself down in a almost lazy sort of way and flung her long hair over the back of the chair. In the ditance a few other individuals were watching her...a few members of her pack. Out to enjoy themselves and also keeping an eye on her...and visa versa..she wouldn't let anything happen to them.
She ordered a juice and lounged in her chair watching the not-very-entertaining act...her eyes constantly moving over the crowds around her..to random people, to the blonde next door...
